We offer two different options when it comes to our office cleaning service: our Business Service operating as a mobile cleaning team, and our Office Placements.
The mobile teams are based on an hourly concept. Depending on the size of the office and your cleaning needs, Skitterblink Edenvale will allocate a fixed timeslot for your office per week. We deliver these services on a weekly basis, bi-weekly, monthly or once-off, depending on your requirements.
Our supervised, four-person teams will supply all the equipment and cleaning products necessary to perform their cleaning duties and clean your premises.
Skitterblink Edenvale office placements are the placement of one or more cleaning staff at the business premises. 1 or up to 7 days a week, hours ranging from 6 to 8 hours per day or shift.
Spring Cleaning | Once Off Cleaning
Our once-off services were developed over our years of experiences of all types of cleaning requirements and requests of different types of clients. Skitterblink Edenvale once-off services include the following type of services:
Vacant & Furnished properties – Cleaning of your business premises after you moved out or cleaning your NEW offices before moving in. It is a deep clean and disinfection of all required areas. Cleaning your furnished premises according to our standard, deep cleaning routine or the client can indicate the specific details that they require.
Window Cleaning and High Window Cleaning – interior and exterior cleaning of all windows reachable with a 2 step ladder. High window cleaning interior and exterior reachable up to 4 m with ladders – we do not use scaffolding.
Sanitise & Upholstery Cleaning – We sanitise and wash office chairs, wash and treat upholstery furniture.
Post builders & Renovate Cleaning – Post construction or renovation clean, attending to the small detail of areas, removing dust and all unwanted stickers, glue and paint.
Hygiene Services & Washroom Dispensers – Skitterblink Edenvale is a hygiene service provider that provides dispensers (buy or rent to own), consumables (soap, toilet paper etc.), deep cleaning and removal of biohazardous waste. By buying your dispensers, instead of renting, you can lower your company overheads significantly on a monthly basis. We can provide you with a 1-stop solution in hygiene services for a broad spectrum of businesses and industries at affordable rates.
