Pet urine may move through the rug fibres and into the backing or surface underneath. This means the affected area may require more than ordinary surface cleaning.<\/p>\n
Please let us know about pet accidents before we quote so that we can assess:<\/p>\n
\n- The size of the affected area<\/li>\n
- How long the odour has been present<\/li>\n
- Whether the urine has reached the rug backing<\/li>\n
- Whether previous products have been applied<\/li>\n
- Whether additional odour treatment may be needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Pet stain and odour treatments may carry an additional charge.<\/p>\n
Although professional treatment can significantly improve many odour problems, complete removal cannot be guaranteed when urine has deeply penetrated the rug backing or caused permanent damage.<\/p>\n
