Support begins before you even open your doors.

You’ll receive help with registration, systems setup, marketing, staff recruitment, and launch planning.

Once operational, you’ll have monthly coaching, access to our online learning portal, and 24/7 operational support from Head Office.

All new franchisees complete comprehensive theoretical, practical, and on-site training, covering:

• Service delivery and quality assurance
• Business systems and admin
• HR and labour management
• Marketing and client acquisition
• Financial management and profitability

You’ll also receive monthly mentoring and annual performance reviews to track your growth.

Most franchisees launch within 6–12 weeks of signing the agreement, depending on setup speed, area readiness, and training schedules.

Yes. Many new franchisees start as home-based operations, especially in the Domestic and Hygiene divisions.

As your business grows, you can transition into office or warehouse premises when the time is right.

Franchisees contribute two types of fees:

• Management Service Fee: 9.5% (Bronze), 8.5% (Silver), 7.5% (Gold & Platinum)
• Marketing Fee: 3% of turnover across all stages

These fees cover business coaching, operational support, system upgrades, and national marketing campaigns that generate leads for every franchise.

You can start with a single team of 2–3 cleaners — or operate solo in the early months if needed.

As you grow, you’ll add supervisors, admin support, and more teams depending on your division and client base.

No prior cleaning experience is required.

Our training equips you in both technical cleaning standards and business management.

We’re looking for entrepreneurs with integrity and drive, not technicians.

While it’s possible to start part-time, we recommend full-time commitment during your first year.
